The Planet Cruz Comedy Hour is a live comedy/variety show comedically capturing the spirit, the stories and the music of Santa Cruz, performed at the Kuumbwa Jazz Center. There exists a world apart from all others in the universe. This world is home to fearless people who take responsibility for their own happiness, a world known only to souls daring enough to brave the terrors of Highway 17.
This is a world unlike any other, a vortex of universal positive thought, a world that has chosen its own orbit,
… where people stand on top of their ocean,
… where men are so forward thinking they do not have a receding hairline, they have a progressive face,
… where women are so strong they do not have hot flashes, they have power surges,
… where people do not have opinions, they have convictions, mostly misdemeanors.
This is our world. We are the center.
