kayak and scuba classes, rentals, sales and tours. OEX has
locations throughout San Diego to serve area dive and kayak
enthusiasts. OEX is a 5-star PADI facility with San Diego's top
divemasters and certified kayak tour guides. Your enjoyment and
safety are our top priorities. We know San Diego's water both above
and below the surface and we look forward to sharing it with
