Loma into the Pacific Ocean Catch a glimpse of some of the remaining coastal defense systems put in place along Pt. Loma during WWII. Experience the U.S.S. Midway Aircraft Carrier from the water as you cruise underneath the Flight Deck of this historic behemoth. This tour is a casual ride. It is meant to cater to the casual rider who enjoys sightseeing on a bicycle. It starts with a ride through Seaport Village then a 20 minute ferry ride to the Coronado Ferry Landing, then proceeds along the bayside bike path with city views; it continues around the Glorietta Bay to the Hotel Del Coronado; 1 hour of touring of the Hotel Del off the bikes; back on the bikes riding by the Pacific Ocean and then heading towards North Island with a return on the bike path ending at the Ferry Landing. Multiple stops are made for pictures and bathroom availability. Duration: 4 hours Tour Times: 8am / Monday, Wednesday or Saturday Level: Beginner to Intermediate
